Integrity of the Company's Operations
Conflict of Interest::1) Conflict of interest refers to when a staff member is involved in or has an interest (whether actual, potential or perceived) in an activity or relationship that benefits him/her and not the company, such as when the personal gains of each party conflict with each other.<br>
2) A conflict of interest at work arises when a situation that benefits an employee also affects the company. Employees are bound by the company's code of conduct to act in the interest of the company and not for their own personal benefit.<br>
3) Conflict of interest is a term that applies to a wide range of behavior. It refers to any time an employee has a personal interest (whether actual, potential or perceived) that conflicts with the interests of his or her employer or business partner.
Collaborators with external interests and independent businesses::Employees with outside interests that affect the company's interests or the individual's performance.
Violation of the Non-Competition Agreement::These are violations of the non-competition agreement either by a former or current employee, where he or she provides services to a competitor to the detriment of the company.
Dispose, divulge, subtract, violate or misuse confidential information of the company.::Disclose or remove non-public and confidential information (industrial or commercial secrets) that goes against the interests and prestige of the company or do it to obtain a personal benefit or that of third parties.
Doing acts of Corruption or offering something in exchange for a benefit / Violation of the anti-corruption policy::Carrying out, concealing or promoting acts of bribery, corruption, collusion, bribery or in general any activity that implies, but not limited to, offering or granting a payment in money or in kind, advantages, privileges, loan of services, assumption of debts or obligations or excessive attentions, directly or through third parties a) to a national or foreign public official, b) to any entity that manages public resources and has powers of authority over private parties, c) to a private company or official thereof, or d) to any person, knowing that all or part of the resources or item of value will be offered, delivered or promised, directly or indirectly, to any government official or private entity, for the purpose of avoiding compliance with a legal, administrative or judicial provision, a code of conduct, a statement of ethical principles of any company or any other analogous or complementary provision.
Receiving gifts and bribes in exchange for unethical action or against the interests of the company::The act of receiving something of value in order to obtain benefits, secure an advantage or undue influence in a business decision or relationship.
Reports of violations of the declaration of principles of universal human rights and the global compact::All reports of an action that goes against the violation of universal and fundamental human rights, the global compact and activities that are highly detrimental to society in general.
Fraud / whether planned individually or in collusion with a third party::The act or intent to deceive, embezzle, steal, take advantage of error, abuse and misappropriate any property or funds of either the company or another person to obtain unfair or illegal advantages and benefits.
Academic Fraud::Any type of unethical or dishonest activity related to academic work (not including scientific research).
Inappropriate or fraudulent donations::Depositing or donating company funds to foundations or organizations where the use of the resources is not as originally intended.
Unethical Employee-Student Relationships and Behavior::Any type of inappropriate relationship or behavior between employees and their students that goes against the interests of the Company.
Inappropriate commercial practices to the detriment of customers, suppliers, competitors or consumers::Any conduct, act, process, action or omission capable of causing damage, confusion or harm to the company's customers, suppliers, competitors, products, services or the market in general.
Failure to comply with agreements or commitments in terms of time, quality, quantity or price::Failure to comply with contractual commitments, whether in time, quality, quantity or price, without the consent of the counterparty, customers or suppliers.
Unfair treatment, abuse or inappropriate behavior with customers and suppliers::Any type of behavior or insinuations in an abusive, disrespectful, unprofessional or uncaring manner towards customers and suppliers.
Collusion with competitors or antitrust violations::Any behavior or arrangements with competitors regarding anti-competitive actions that harm the market and customers and consumers.
False or misleading marketing or advertising::False, incomplete or misleading information in the marketing, advertising or packaging of the company's products or services.
Inadequate professional practices::Failure to meet the professional level standard required for the delivery of the company's services or not having the required certifications.
Non-compliance and violations of national and international laws, regulations and standards::
Infringement of personal data protection laws::Use, collection, disclosure or transfer of personal data in possession of the company (of its employees, customers and suppliers) in a manner not authorized by the company; or deliberate or unintentional actions against the policies and procedures that regulate this matter internally.
Violation of election laws and political campaigns, and involvement in political campaigns within the company.::Making contributions to or accepting illegal funds from candidates for popular election in order to obtain personal benefits as well as making use of company resources to support or promote candidates inside and outside the company.
Infringement of intellectual property rights within the company::When any person within the company makes use of patent, trademark or any other intellectual property in the name of third parties without due consent, license, payment or in a manner different from the permission granted.
Infringement of the company's intellectual property::When any person, group or organization makes use of the company's registered patents, trademarks or any intellectual property in the name of the company without due consent, or in a manner different from the permission granted.
Violation of immigration laws::Any type of situation that violates immigration laws in the hiring of persons.
Suspicion or lack of integrity of any person inside or outside the company::Any act or suspected lack of integrity of employees, customers, suppliers or stakeholders with whom the company interacts, which may damage the reputation of the company.
Lack of ethics or integrity in any of the company's operating processes::Any lack of ethics or integrity in any type of operational process carried out with the company or that these processes may harm third parties, negatively affecting the reputation of the company.
